STORY
Starting in his basement in 1983 Dan Kudar built RealSigns Incorporated from next to nothing. Forty-one years later his business is thriving as a major contributor to the Real Estate industry in and around the Treasure Valley.
RealSigns Incorporated primarily works with Real Estate partners in providing signage from Yard Signs and Open House A-Frames to larger signs for Commercial Realtors and Builders to diplay their
up-and-coming homes and subdivisions.

Although Real Estate is our primary business we strive to increase our client base so we may provide our skills, amazing products, and experience with anyone looking for vinyl-based products & signage.
Where the magic happens
RealSigns Inc. has moved to Meridian! Come take a look at our new facilities sometime! We have a larger storefront full of stock items and sign examples. Offices with closed doors providing better meeting space. Our printers and vinyl plotter have their own space next to our production 'hallway'. With tall ceiling and two garage bays we have the space to make your sign ideas into reality.
Come see our production in real time from the computer screen to finished product. Review our options for material and sign possibilities. Bring your idea to us and we'll take care of your needs. Our printers run all day and all of our signs are real!

Dan Kudar
Owner & Founder
Dan Kudar is the heart of RealSigns Inc. With over 40 years of experience in the sign making industry his wealth of knowledge is invaluable to the clients he has worked hard to serve.
Dan has found a niche in helping a vast number Real Estate Agents in the valley. This tight-knit relationship with the Real Estate industry has led to Real Signs being a common name amongst
brokerages, commercial,
and residential builders.​
Kristin Gulley
Lead Designer
After attaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design at Idaho State University Kristin began her professional design career at Real Signs Inc. Since 2022 she has been assisting clients by creating standout branding and signage. Her hardworking attitude makes her invaluable to not only the design team but also the rest of the shop, always helping when needed. She is also the proud owner of Juliet the "shop dog".
Nathan Hines
Graphic Designer
Nathan started at real signs in Feb. 2024 but has been doing design for nearly a decade. His expertise in the Real Estate industry has been an asset to the Real Signs client base. He finds passion in helping agents create branding that helps their listings stand out. When he is not making or designing signage you can find him helping agents throughout the valley by shooting listing media including mls photos, videos, and drone photography.
Tony Merrick
Graphic Designer
Not much is known about the man they call Beautiful Tony. It’s rumored that after completing the graphic design program at BSU he moved to Brooklyn to be a stay at home dad while working as a freelance designer. At some point Tony absconded from the east and found a home with the design team at RealSigns where he enjoys working with clients to make the best signs in the valley. In his free time Tony is amassing a small army, likely for nefarious purposes. Thus far his only recruits are his three kids; Jubilee, Jack and June.

Cindy is a joy to have at the shop. She brings with her a humorous sarcastic demeanor and we always know she is happy to be here as she is always asking "Am I fired yet?" In all seriousness, she is an important member of the RealSigns team and we don't know what we would do without her.

Mark Moreland
Lead Installer
Mark has been with the Real Signs install team for over 5 years. His expertise in building signage is key to the quality that our clients have come to expect. On top of the construction of large format signs he also is integral in the coordination and installation of the very same signs. The soundtrack to Marks corner of the shop can be summed up as a symphony of NPR radio, Paint rollers flying across new posts, and drills putting everything together.
